I’ve been working alongside trusted advisors and business owners for nearly two decades. The first decade I honed my skills at Prudential Annuities and served primarily as a Regional Vice President. In 2019 I started my first business, IVOLVE Performance and Development, providing soft skills development for leadership and teams. We help individuals and teams improve their communication and productivity. We emphasize skills such as self-awareness, empathy, emotional intelligence, consultative sales, accountability and leadership. In 2023 I opened my second business, IVOLVE + THRIVE, where we curate business owners in similar ages and stages of business to improve their clarity, worth and freedom.

My experience ranges from working alongside solopreneurs all the way through keynoting for major corporations. I have a passion for education and regularly host events where I speak or identify and engage other professional speakers to provide continuing education to owners and advisors.

I also believe in supporting my local and professional communities. I served on the Executive Board of the Miami chapter of the Financial Planning Association and held roles such as President and Chairman of the board. I remain active in associations such as the Exit Advisor Alliance, The Federation, Association for Corporate Growth and local non-profits in South Florida.
