Kim exclusively focuses on creating and delivering programs to address the unique competencies required to excel in every sales or service function (consumer direct, inside sales and field environment). He helps organizations in the US and abroad improve results in selling to and servicing customers (B2B, B2C) face-to-face and over the phone. Working closely with all levels of leadership to reinforce the process and programs to ensure a strong ROI, also providing one-on-one coaching for front-line representatives, supervisors, and mid-level and upper management to ensure meaningful reinforcement of the processes.

As the CEO and Founder of H10 Enterprises, LLC, I create and deliver customized programs to help organizations improve their sales and service performance across various channels and industries. I have over 20 years of experience in sales training, coaching, and consulting, working with clients such as Cox Communications, HP, MetLife, Fisher Scientific, and others in the US and abroad. I also train and certify internal trainers, provide one-on-one coaching, and reinforce the process and programs to ensure a strong ROI.

In addition to leading H10 Enterprises, LLC, I also serve as a Business Coach and Branch Leader at Movement Mortgage, a mission-driven company that provides innovative home loan solutions. I support and empower a team of loan officers who are committed to building relationships based on communication, trust, and excellence. I hold Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as a Life, Health and Annuity License in multiple states. I am also a certified DISC trainer, a USMC veteran, a retired CHP officer, a keynote speaker, a servant leader, and a victims advocate. I am passionate about helping others achieve their personal and professional goals, and I strive to make a positive impact in my community and beyond.
