I bring over 25 years of experience teaching, training and coaching sales professionals across many industries, but especially the financial services industry. I have had a great passion for sales, presentation and speaking from as early as I can remember! I served as the National Sales Training Director for AIG/Sun America and a Divisional Sales Manager for Sun Life Financial. During those years, I created and instituted several sales training programs for new hires, sales associates and top management.

In addition, I assisted the marketing departments in crafting unified sales messaging and campaigns, in order for there to be a consistent message. In 2005, I took a leap of faith and launched my entrepreneurial company, Impact Speakers, and I have never looked back! I now divide my time and energy between motivational speaking engagements and teaching 2-day workshops where I work directly with companies and individuals looking to improve and energize their businesses through upgrading their presentation, communication and sales results.

More About Jimmy

On a personal note, I have an abundance of energy and enthusiasm for life and people that I’ve been told is contagious. I performed improvisational comedy in Miami in the 1980′s, so my style is lighthearted, humorous, fun and interactive. I receive consistent feedback about how much more attendees are open to learning when they’re comfortable and having fun, and the natural bonding and team building that takes place during the two day sessions!

I am a native of Miami Beach. After moving to and living in Atlanta for 17 years, I moved back to my South Florida roots and now live in Boynton Beach, Florida with my wife of 42 years, Tobi. She is a Realtor at Lang Realty in Boynton Beach. My daughter, Erica, and my son Jared and daughter-in-law Monica live 5 minutes away, which is fantastic, because they are the parents of my grandsons, Nason & Asher! When I’m not working, I love playing pickleball, tennis and golf. I’ve always had a passion for singing and am currently the lead vocalist in a band called “Grateful We’re Not Dead.” I’ve also been honored to sing the National Anthem a couple of times at Miami Marlins games. Finally, I love socializing with family and friends!
